Health is Wealth: Diet tips

Eat like a King in the Afternoon & like a beggar in the Night:( This manes your diet should be limited in the night times)
  • Morning breakfast is much essential.
  • Drink excess of water- gives you bonus life.
  • Drink glass of milk and an egg to have a complete diet.
  • Do not stop eating to follow dieting - its wasting(thinning) of your muscles.
  • Eat leafy vegetables, fresh fruits to revital yourself.
  • Avoid tea and coffee to make your life sweet as toffee.
  • Drink lemon juice early morning- its acidic to mouth and basic to stomach.
  • This lime shot shoots hypertension and gives antioxidants.
  • Nutritious evening snacks- germinating seeds, raw vegetables ( carrots, cucumber, peas, beetroot etc..)
  • Daily an apple keeps the doctor away.
  • Dietary fiber is much essential.
  • Usage of Iodized salt- enlightens your brain power
  • Salt consumption must be less- it shouldn't exceed 5gm/day to avoid future complications.
Addictions:
Avoid smoking. smoking not only effects your health but also your neighbors. Passive smoking is more dangerous than active smoking. Every cigarette you smoke decreases 5 minutes of your lifetime. A smoker for 10 years is twenty times at njk for lung lancer than a non-smoker.
Alcohol -not only nans your health but also destroys your family eating of Pan, Jarda, Gutka etc- all should be avoided as all form the pre-disposing fackens for oral cancer.

Health not only mean physical health but also mental health.
  • Avoid stress- as it results in many dangerous situations. Avoid it by relaxing, yoga, exercises etc.
  • Keep your brain in a relaxing state always.
  • Don't be hyper tensed exaggerated for small things.
Last but not the least sleep
  • Sleep for atleast 6 hours for an adult is essential. 8 hours sleep is recommended for children.
  • Growth of a child occurs during sleep.
  • Sleep-reactivities all your body parts.
So, Sleep well, relax well, eat well...
