HEALTH IS WEALTH

Maintenance of health depends on us only.
Small things can bring a drastic change.
Here are a few small small tips which are proven worthy and makes you healthy, thus wealthy.
Lets start from the starting of the day..
  • Early to bed makes man healthy wealthy.
  • Exercise, exercise... exercise even for a ten minutes regularly in the early morning makes you more fit.
  • Walk as much as you can.. Every step you walk increases every second at your lifetime.
  • Brush your teeth regularly.. Brushing twice daily is recommended and it keeps the dentist away.
How to Brush?
Brush your teeth vertically. Start from incisors( front teeth) and go one side upto last tooth ( molars or premolars) and then to other side. After brushing, massage your gums well.

Cleanliness is Godliness:
Maintaining personal hygiene is of almost importance to maintain your health. Any defect anywhere in the personal hygiene may land you in lot of diseases.
Bathing regularly, wearing neatly washed clothes, washing hands before eating, washing hands after using bathroom all these form a part of your personal hygiene.
